6-8 weeks notice is recommended to ensure that your order can be accommodated. It has happened that we've been booked up to 2.5 months in advance, so it's best to order sooner than later. In some cases, we can accommodate rush orders. Never hesitate to ask!
50% non-refundable deposit must be made upon order placement to confirm your order/reserve your slot (for orders less than two dozen, full amount is required). Without deposit, your order is not confirmed. Once payment is received, the order is confirmed and is placed in the order schedule. The remaining 50% MUST be paid 7 days before pickup, or there may be a delay in receiving your order. Cookies will not be provided if balance is not paid in full before pickup/delivery. Deposit will not be refunded in case of client cancellation. Currently we accept e-transfer as method of payment. Apple Square payments can be taken for corporate orders for a 5% fee. Paypal can be accepted for international clients for a 5% fee. Our Etsy shop is also open for ordering (recommended for international clients).
Complimentary delivery is provided within the GTA for orders over 200 cookies. Shipping is available for smaller quantities through our Etsy page. We can ship to just about anywhere! Cookies are safely bubble wrapped, sealed and will arrive fresh, safe and sound. Cost established upon order placement.
Although it is a rare occurrence, Little Rose Cookie Co. reserves the right to cancel orders in case of emergency/sickness/necessity and 100% of payment will be refunded to the client in this type of situation. If the client is not satisfied with their order, LRCC will always endeavour to rectify the situation as best and as fairly as possible.
